In 2010 we will bike the Erie Canal from Lockport, near Buffalo, to Albany with youth athletes.  Although no high level cycling experience is required, participants and volunteers will be accepted only after an interview and application has been completed. 

The 2009 SHAPE Camp Century Ride included athletes from 11 to 18 years old.  The trip followed the Erie Canal from Albany to Schoharie and back.

SHAPE athletes completed this record 100 mile in under 12 hours!
